A disorder in which the sufferer experiences a change in their mental and physical activity and in the world around them, such that things seem unreal, their behaviour appears to be someone else’s, and their body feels lifeless, detached or as if they are in a dream from which they cannot wake up, so they feel as if they are inside a bottle, viewing life through it, or as if they are not part of this life.
